The licenses ordered by IT representatives at the beginning of the contract period do not need to be reordered. The software can be downloaded from the asknet server. The authorization code and a link to the software will be sent by asknet. Network licenses must be ordered through the URZ prior to the start of the respective licensing period. Single-user licenses can be ordered from the University's Software Shop at asknet, where you can receive licensing files (authorization codes) and software downloads. The price remains the same regardless of when the order is placed. Thereafter, a new license must be purchased as needed.
With the exception of the first license year, licenses are valid from 01 October to 30 September of the following year.
